D. Brad Hughes


D. Brad Hughes is an associate at Lindell & Farson, P.A and a
Jacksonville native. After graduating from the University of
North Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology,
Mr. Hughes worked at Merrill Lynch where he acquired a Series 7 and
Series 63 license. Mr. Hughes worked at Merrill Lynch for
several years before he attended the University of Miami School of
Law where he received a juris doctorate degree with honors.
Upon returning to North Florida from his post graduate
education, Mr. Hughes accepted a position as an associate at
Sheppard & Sheppard, PA in St. Augustine where he gained
valuable experience as a trial attorney. Mr. Hughes continued
his career by opening his own law practice in the heart of
Julington Creek, furthering his experience as a trial lawyer in the
areas of general commercial litigation, real estate litigation,
construction litigation, fraudulent practices litigation,
litigation involving equity purchase and asset purchase agreements
and landlord and tenant litigation. Mr. Hughes also has
experience with appellate matters. He is admitted to practice
law in Florida and the U. S. District Court Middle District of
Florida.
Mr. Hughes is a member of the St. Johns County Bar Association,
Rotary Club of Bartram Trail and a former board member of the St.
Augustine Humane Society.
Mr. Hughes happily resides in Julington Creek with his wife and
children.
