Lindell & Farson, P.A., under a previous name, was founded in August 1987.

The firm concentrates its practice in the following areas: (i) complex civil litigation in state and federal courts; (ii) contract disputes, corporate governance actions, construction claims, real estate fraud litigation, employment non-compete cases, and business torts; (iii) business transactions and commercial real estate matters; (iv)  estate and trust litigation; (v) commercial leases, employment agreements and buy-sell agreements; and (vi) personal injury, insurance disputes, consumer advocacy and class action litigation.
